@GodOfPorn, we don't ban uploaders on the quality of their work. AFAIK, almost 100% of subtitles writers here don't speak the original language of the movie.
Removing poor quality subtitles are useless, since someone will find it somewhere else and upload it here again. From our experience, relying on ratings like Rkenton61 said is the best solution.
