Most AI subtitle tools ask you to upload large video files to the cloud, not something I’m comfortable with considering privacy and convenience. So I made this Mac video player that generates subtitles as you watch any video.

There are still some limitations due to the model I used
There is still some hallucination for Japanese
Since translation happens on your computer, it is not as good as human translations.
