After spending several days, or even weeks to write subtitles for a movie, I think it's normal you don't want to see it again soon :) At least, it's the same for me.
However, I feel very confortable to know there are polished subtitles somewhere for my favourite movies.
After a while, I like to watch it again with subtitles, and often I find something to fix or complete.
Making a review is also a good reason to watch it again :)
That being said, I have hearing issues and a small memory. So I can watch a movie (mainstream or not) many times and enjoy it every time. I know some people just need to watch a movie once.

It depends. If i do it with my native language, i rewatch the movie for the final check before uploading it to the site.
But after that, i'm not really done because i create my own MKV, adding the subtitles, chapters, tags and covers.
It's a long work.
So i can watch a movie three, four times during the process.

A friend of mine is hearing impaired. So I do it for him and other ppl like him.
There was a famous court case in Germany, where a blind person was accused of porn-crime X².
He downloaded a 200GB-torrent (and payed a fine for that), but since he couldn't see the stuff, he had no intend to own the stuff.
He just liked to listen to the conversation and all the sounds of "normal" scenes.
At first I just wanted to add:

Yes. By the time I've finished editing the subtitles for a movie, all that adjust, replay, repeat, I am sick of the movie! I won't watch it again for ages.
