I’ve noticed that xHamster’s subtitles are high-quality, accurate, and don’t seem like auto-generated ones. Does anyone know if they use automatic technology or manual subtitling? If it’s automatic, what tech do they use to achieve such precision?

More importantly, is there a way to upload a video to xHamster and retrieve subtitle files (SRT or VTT) for it? Has anyone tried this or found a method to extract subtitles from videos on xHamster? Any insights or tools you recommend would be greatly appreciated!

Some subtitles are auto-generated, others are originals. Maybe they've been provided by studios, don't shure. Also don't know about uploading, but to download them from any Xhamster's videos you may use DevTools in Google Chrome.

First of all open the video you need > open the DevTools bar > Network pannel > other. Refresh the page and play the video. Then you'll see the list of VTT files. Double click on one you need to download the file. Remove all unnecessesary details from name of the file to get smth like "sw_en_1.vtt".

Then you need just to convert this file to srt and here you go.
