I'm using the same platform, but I've reduced the audio clips to 6 minutes each. I'm splitting the work over two or three days.
Initially, I use Vosk with Subtitle Edit, and then I reload Subtitle Edit with Whisper using the CPP engine. It takes quite a while due to data processing; for a 40-minute video, the transcription takes 6 hours. I also listen to the audio. Many errors appear in Vosk, but I've found the synchronization is better. However, the transcription is better with Whisper.

Sometimes, when I can't understand the subtitles even after listening to the audio, I cut the video to 2 or 3 minutes, upload it to Subtitle Edit using CPP and Whisper, but now with the Large Turbo 1.5G V3 model. It has worked for me in difficult parts. But it's a lot of work. I've been doing it happily, though.

Unfortunately, SubtitleEdit does not exist for Android. I do all my work on my mobile so the best free option I fave is Turboscribe.
