I was asked how to create a GIF. I would not make a GIF anymore, because the size is unrealistically large.

Turn a video into a WEBP:
1. Download a small video
2. https://ezgif.com/video-to-webp
3. Browse
4. Select the video (200MB max)
5. Upload files!
6. Select a short second range for a small file
7. A One-Minute-Video with 13MB can easily double its size
8. Try selecting 5 seconds first
9. The frame rate also has an impact on file size

Just play with different framerates and quality settings.

After you press "Convert to WEBP", the option "Frames" appears. This is an essential option for further reducing the file size.

PS: To download trailers from a website the Firefox/Chrome Extension "video download helper" is very useful.
