American users (North or South): site speed?

Hello,

I'm not sure many american users are wandering in this forum, but if you are, can you tell me about AVSubtitles site speed in your country?

If you compare it with other similar sites, is it more or less the same speed to display, or is it very slow?

Thanks for your feedback.

Maybe this helps you.

https://gtmetrix.com
... is one of my major tools to test website-speed from Canada or USA.

1 would be the best score in Germany (schools).

A = 1
B = 2
...
F = 6

Thanks. I came accross this kind of site, but I didn't know it was reliable or not.
I guess it's not a bad score considering by level.

I was curious, because while google analytics maps look like this:

The real time map often looks like this, whatever the time I check.

Is there a time index? I looked at your screen, but did not see a time index. But I know these stats.

One of my major sites has a map that looks identical. It tracks the last NINE MINUTES, because the traffic is so high. Maybe your time index is 60 minutes or 90?

Americans often avoid subtitles due to distractions, the perception they ruin immersion, and a historical focus on English-language media, but this is changing, especially with younger generations, because of mumbling dialogue, poor sound mixing in modern TVs, and increased access to global content, making subtitles helpful for comprehension.

This resulted in remakes of a lot of films:

"Daddy Cool" vs "Mon père, ce héros"

"The Upside" vs "Intouchables"

... and a lot more.

Some Czech porn is English, some Russian porn is English (Comatozze).

Quote from one of the mentioned articles: "Some Americans believe English is the only language."

I mean, you can spend a lifetime traveling through the US and still see new things. And you have more English porn for a lifetime to watch.

I knew there was JAV porn before I knew this site. But it never occurred to me it would be that much. :-) I assume, there is an equal amount of English porn out there ... or more.

AVsubs deals with subtitles, which Americans do not like. It does not surprise me that you can't see a lot of page impressions created by US citizens.

Is the 34 on the screen the amount of time for which the data is shown? AKA the time index?

Nah, I don't have so much traffic unfortunately :)
34 in the screencap are the "active users in the last 5 minutes"

The site works quite well from the US.

A laptop with cable, very fast. Cell depends on which advertisment is loaded. The site seems to wait for some parts, like an ad: generate your own AI porn etc etc

Thank you for the feedback!
I forgot about the ads, but that's right, I've noticed that :(
