Change your browser's DNS settings
Why changing DNS settings
Some internet service providers (ISP) may blacklist some sites. To do it, they may alter their DNS servers, which are used by your browser as some kind of "internet yellow pages"
Hopefully, browsers allow to change your DNS settings to not rely on your ISP.
Firefox settings
- Type about:preferences in the address bar
- Search the DNS settings by typing "dns"
- Choose Increased protection
- Choose another DNS server in the list
- Alternatively, if you know one, you can choose a customised URL

Chrome settings
- Type chrome://settings in the address bar
- Search the DNS settings by typing "dns"
- Enable Secure DNS
- Choose another DNS server in the list
- Alternatively, if you know one, you can choose a customised URL

What if it doesn't work?
If changing the DNS settings doesn't help, then the site may be blacklisted by using a stronger technique. Your only option would be to find and insstall a VPN.
