- After waking from a car accident with no memory, James is cared for by Annie, who claims to be his wife and keeps him isolated at home. As days pass, James notices strange inconsistencies—broken internet, altered photos, and a recent receipt for wedding rings despite their supposed ten-year marriage. Annie offers calm explanations, but James grows increasingly suspicious. Eventually, his memory suddenly returns, and he realizes Annie has been lying and manipulating him. Furious and fully aware of her deception, James confronts her. He has a plan and is determined to make her face the consequences, so she never does anything like this again.
