Eddie always wanted to be a police officer, but after being repeatedly rejected by the academy, he finds himself working as a night watchman. Unwilling to give up on his dream of being a law enforcement officer, Eddie channels his frustration by forging a police car and a blue uniform to harass, extort, assault, and abuse various prostitutes, usually of the street. In his quest to find evidence of a crime wherever he goes, he eventually becomes a witness to one himself and, far from reporting it to the real police, he poses as an investigator, harassing the supposed culprit, illegally detaining her, and kidnapping her to force her to satisfy his sexual eccentricities.

A sensational and highly interesting erotic exercise by Lee Frost (a director more versed in erotic than pornographic plots). The explicit sex scenes are presented here as a visual complement to a dark and unsettling, well-constructed plot that rivals the most popular thrillers of the era. In certain sexual acts, the use of stand-ins is too obvious, as is the technical device of close-ups to avoid detection. And it is there that this film, a masterpiece immersed in the underworld of commercial pornography, can be said to falter.
