A young woman named Jenny (the beautiful Susan Hemingway) is kidnapped and sold into prostitution, but her kidnappers demand her return when they discover her father is a wealthy millionaire and that a substantial ransom can be claimed. Meanwhile, Jenny remains a prisoner on a moored merchant ship (a kind of floating forced brothel) and, along with a dozen other women who are always naked, is kept in a constant state of arousal thanks to an aphrodisiac gas regularly diffused in the common areas where the captives are held.
Brigitte Lahaie adds drama to her brief and erotic appearance in this French production, with a sensual and alluring performance as Lorna. Completely immersed in a wave of sordid sex and lust, Susan Hemingway delivers an excellent performance as the innocent Jenny, thanks to the sometimes energetic, sometimes rather dull direction of Jess (Jesús) Franco. "Je Brûle de Partout" was filmed in 6 days, something that is immediately noticeable, showing a certain haste, where the sex scenes (soft, but quite morbid) seek to be shocking through the characteristic zoom that the director likes so much.
