Hello, I found on the Internet quite a good translator "Deepl.com" I recommend :)
I also found a site where you can easily detect English speech from movies, just upload the sound file and after a while there are raw subtitles :)

I hope you find it useful ;)

Nice !
I knew deepl, but I wasn't aware of the Microsoft speech recognition.
Thank you, I'm gonna try it for my next subtitles.

MP3s cannot be uploaded unfortunately.
I personally convert video to wav with Format Factory. It also has the ability to divide files into partitions, for example 15 minutes each.

Depends on the length of the wav file. A 30-40 minute video takes about 10-20 minutes, subtitles are generated immediately, without waiting (on youtube you have to wait much longer)

It's a very interesting tool. Thanks !
On some parts, it's more correct than youtube/google. Plus, it can add punctuation which can be very useful sometimes.
However, I can't get the timings. It gives me only a transcription, without timstamps. Did I miss something?
Anyway, that's very useful. Thank you very much!

Unfortunately this is only a transcription, without time stamps

Ah, ok. I thought I forgot an option somewhere.
However, I'm really amazed by the quality and how fast they can get the speech. Microsoft did a good job here! Thank you for letting me know!
