Sometimes I find that when I search for a movie in the designated text area, the result appears in a list of several pages, probably because the general search engine isn't well-defined. Selective searches by one or more terms (year, country of origin, etc.) could be an effective solution, but sometimes they don't work either. This usually happens with titles that contain a single word (Molly) or that contain recurring words (Love).
Do you think it would be possible to implement the ability to search by IMDb code in the search system? Several subtitle websites often use this system to permanently fine-tune the results (OpenSubtitles, SubDL, etc.).
Thanks.

Hi!
Using quotes (ex:
But yes, I can add search per IMDB / JAVID code as well. I didn't know sites had this functionality (BTW, just visited subdl for the first time, and I was amazed by the amount of ads there...!)
Using quotes (ex:
"Molly"

That would be great, thanks.
Do you mean the same https://subdl.com site as me? Because I don't see a single banner or ad frame. Maybe it's because I'm using a very old Chrome browser on a very old Mac. It would be ironic if that were an advantage when browsing around...

Yes, this one.
I'm using latest Firefox and Chrome: it's almost unusable because I get at least 2 ads windows at each click, sometimes it replaces the main window... (but I don't use ad blocker)
By the way, they imported my username and data I uploaded on subscene some years ago :)

Indeed, SubScene was shut down due to legal issues, and the owners opened SubDL by importing the entire database. But I believe the files you uploaded on the old website aren't available on the new one until you give your consent. The problem is that the subtitles they imported are sort of locked even if you give your consent. Meaning, you can only download them, but you can't edit or delete them, even if you created them. It's a bit absurd.
By the way, you should use an Add Blocker unless you have a very compelling reason not to activate it :P
