I used turboscribe.ai for all my transcriptions. It uses Whisper as it's engine, and it is fairly accurate.

Limitations are 3 x 30 minutes per day. The three limit can be bypassed by using private or incognito mode. However, you will have to separate your audio into 30 minutes chunks, then join the transcriptions after.

For joining, I use subtitlefix.com.
