I tried it myself: the file is corrupted because of a "\N" character on line 5. If you open the SRT file with Notepad, you can delete this "\N" character to fix the problem.

However, the translation doesn't work for many lines; that's another significant issue. It might be a problem translating Chinese, as I didn't have this issue with Spanish.
I'll notify the admin leader.

I think I understand the problem: it is caused by Chinese traditional characters (official mainland Chinese use "simplified" characters).
