There is not much of a story, but there is plenty of sex. What makes this movie stand out for me is Ririko saying out her thoughts in between fucks, and her acting. She goes from a frustrated wife, to an embarrassed but curious woman, to a shy dabbler in the erotic arts, to a submissive to her brother-in-law.

She is a beautiful woman anyway, but her expressions during arousal and orgasm are worth seeing again and again. If those orgasms are not real, she deserves an Oscar for her climaxes.
