Your subtitles are always good. I know because I downloaded sometimes. Or maybe you put subtitles for a movie from the 80's?

How is it possible that the movie has ratings without any downloads?

I know Salmankhan2020 works are great, otherwise he wouldn't be the #1 uploader! :D
However, I agree with VongooB9: one should always check file before rating, because it may be useful to warn about a wrong upload. I mean, as an uploader, I often made a mistake by choosing the file to upload, resulting to wrong language or movie.
Once again, the 3 of you really make great uploads, but upload mistakes happen (and unfortunately I did a lot...!). So if you notice something wrong with a well known uploader, just tell him :) We visit this site for same reasons! :D

Before creating this site, I was a long time user of opensubtitles and subscene. Both have different rating systems but none get feedback. The truth is that once people watched movie, they don't care anymore.
When creating this site, I thought about anonymous rating, but it means a single man can rate the same movie 1000 times. And, unfortunately, wicked people who does it never rate it "perfect", they rate it "bad". So I guess allowing anonymous ratings will lead to a lot of "Bad"... :(
That being said, I'm ok to try it if you want. I'll add to TODO

Guests or Anonymous do not need to be given access to give a rating, it just creates chaos.
I think the rating is better rated by 1 trusted good member than 1000 unknown people (Anonymous) who give a rating.

members who are serious about giving ratings and members who are careless in giving ratings can be seen from their ways and track record

There is another solution, which is for the site to show subscribers a reminder of the evaluation when downloading
