Not a good SRT. Doesn't display correctly as is. Even fixed, the translations use very poor grammar (machine translated?).
Please read the rules. As long as it fits to the movie, you can't mark it "wrong". An auto-translated or auto-generated subtitles belong to "draft".

I don't know why but it uses "---->" instead of "-->" to separate the start and end times, you have to replace it so that it meets the srt standard and works correctly.
