There are actually 2 kind of subtitles: "classic" ones, and for "hearing impaired" (HI).
Some people upload both.
The difference is the HI version includes noises or songs. Not all the noises have to be transcribed, only the ones which are useful for the story (ie: *slamming the door*, *bomb explosion*, etc...). These indications are very important for deaf people.
If you wanted to add things like "sucking noises", I think it's useless unless the actress emphase it on purpose or the sounds are "off camera" (from another room or things like that).
