@maro : Strange. I also have the 01:25:26 version and it's in sync for me. i add some screenshots with timestamps.
Not all movies available online have the same exact start time. There may have been ads that someone clipped off, or there may have been a different opening of one version versus another in different regions. We see this all the time. In subtitle edit, you can move the start times of every line by using the synchronization option.
